About the event
A couples experience with a blend of breath work and Wyld.
$85 per couple
Arrive BY 6:45pm. It takes time to receive instructions, get set up, use the restroom, etc. UNLIKE practicing Wyld, “get there when I get there” would be inconsiderate of those participating and our host. Please anticipate for the drive and traffic.
We will be on our backs for the breath work. Bring any props that you might want
(Blanket, pillow, bolster, etc)
Hydrate the day before.
Bring gratitude and curioiusty.
